"I just wanted to say THANK YOU and let you know how happy we are that the board chose NewOrg to be our database system. We are working in this system every day and it is definitely working for our needs. Yesterday I sent an email to our NewOrg Implementation Specialist with some changes/additions that I needed to have done. Today I received an email back from him that he was headed out of the country for the next 2 weeks. The great thing about this though...he has a team in place to help us while he is gone. So, I immediately forwarded my initial email to Nick over to his team. Within minutes I had multiple replies. One reply was my change had been made and their was a suggestion attached to maybe doing it a better way. The other reply was along the same line...suggestions to make it better. Thank you!"
